Central Election Commission inform all Bulgarian citizens who are located outside the country, that they can vote in Elections for President, Vice President  and in the National Referendum even if they are not previously submitted application for the section that they would like to vote.

If they want to vote, they must present a valid Bulgarian identity document – identity card or passport.

Members of the Electoral Commission will give voters a declaration in which they declare that they have not voted and will not vote elsewhere. If you vote in the elections for president and vice president in the national referendum you have to sign two pieces of declarations.
